Please take a note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS when booking hair and makeup services at Shivani Makeovers.
- Payment will be advanced prior to the makeup. Please keep the payment to avoid inconvenience.
- Advance handed over to us is neither transferable nor refundable or adjustable in any circumstances. All bridal makeup bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation.
- If you are late from the appointment time, there will be Rs. 500 charged extra for every half an hour.
- Rs. 500 will be charged extra for eyelashes and lenses.
- If you want to schedule appointment before and after salon timings or during holidays, you will have to pay Rs. 2,000 extra.
- No children less than 5 years are allowed in the premises.
- Charges can be increased without any prior notice.
- Travel Fee Rs. 1,000 is applicable for traveling to your location in Delhi/NCR.
- Exclusions for all makeups: hair extension, hair accessories, any jewelry, nail extension, nail art, flowers/gajra (these services or products are not included in our any makeup service.)
- Shivani Makeovers requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall we have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.
- We reserve the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes – with your consent, of course!
